Tracy Patterson is a real estate professional with 14 years of experience in the field, a record of exceptional performance in challenging markets, and a passion for matching her clients with the perfect home. The research skills, legal acumen, and work ethic Tracy developed during her 13 years as a paralegal before changing careers have helped to propel her success in real estate. Tracy began her real estate career with ReMax in 1998 and was cited as one of the top agents company-wide each year since 2000. She was also named a Top Atlanta Realtor by Atlanta Magazine each year from 2004 to 2006. In 2007, her sales record placed her second in the entire company, and she ranked first in units sold. Atlanta New Home Communities Magazine named her one of the top 100 agents in 2008.
In 2009, after moving to Keller Williams the following year, Tracy was quickly identified as one of their top agents in the Buckhead Market Center. She had over $10 million of real estate sales in 2011 alone and ranked 110 that year in the entire southeast. A recipient of the Silver Phoenix Award and a life member of the Million Dollar Club, Tracy is a consummate professional who continually strives to exceed expectations.
Tracy knows Atlanta in the way that only a long-time resident with a true love for the city can. She moved to Georgia during her youth, attended Woodward Academy, and left town only to attend college in Kentucky. She shares her life with her husband Pete, her daughter, Nancy, and three standard poodles. The genuine regard she has for her clients makes her consider them part of the family as well.
